Ingredient:

Breadfruit, peeled, cleaned and cut into small cubes
270 Castor sugar
350 ml water
22 ml Jasmine water
2 pieces Raan’baa leaf
270 ml Coconut cream
520 ml Coconut milk
Method
mix all the ingredients
together, except
coconut cream, till the breadfruit is tender and pudding is thickened.
Finish with Coconut cream. Serve chilled with grated coconut on top.
