Ingredients:
Milk of 2 coconuts
1 Rampe Leaf
40g Sugar
A pinch of salt Water
Method
- Dissolve gelatin with hot water and keep aside.
- Cook coconut milk for about 3 minutes with ramape leaf.
- Remove rampe leaf, add sugar and a pinch of salt and stir.
- Remove form heat and keep aside to cool.
- Cut the rampe leaf to thin slices and blend it in a food processor until smooth.
- Cook the blended mixture with 3cups of water, add sugar a pinch of salt and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring.
- Remove form heat and keep aside to cool.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the coconut milk and rampe leave separately and keep in the refrigerator to set or pour both mixtures separately in a glass one by one to form lays of milk and rampe leaf.
