4 nos Bananas cut diagonally in half
Method
- Pour coconut milk into a pot, add the sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil; stir consistently to prevent the coconut milk from separating.
- Add the bananas, bring back to the boil and then remove from heat.
- Serve hot or cold.
