Savoury Mince

Ingredient:

500 g minced meat (beef, lamb, chicken)
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 medium onions
- 2.5 cm piece fresh ginger
- 200 ml water
- 4 tablespoons ghee (or butter)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam-masala
- little bit (or more) tomato paste
- pinch of chilli powder
(more chilly if you need it to be ‘fire’ hot).
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
leaves
Method
- Chop onion, garlic and ginger finely.
- Mix well with minced meat.
- Boil with water for 5 minutes lid on; remove the lid and cook till all the water evaporates and meat is well coloured.
- Add ghee, salt, garam-masala, chilly powder and black pepper, tomato paste and fry for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
